Getting started

First, let's make sure it makes sense for Everyone!

We take the extra initiative to make sure your experience with us is outstanding!

Who Are We?

As a company, we help doctors create a powerful management infrastructure to give them more time for the important things, their Patients, Staff, and family.  As a result,  everything we do is focused on the benefit of our clients, and their patients, and therefore are only interested in developing “win-win-win” relationships. We are very passionate about doing everything in our power to give you the information and tools, to make well-informed decisions based on historical, current, and formulated data not just based on the general population or statistics, but in specific relation to your practice. We are very confident that for the right practice’s our programs can add tremendous value to their life as a whole.

Physician Dispensing – Our Primary Expertise

Our first initiative has been to focus on helping doctors dispense medication to their patients directly in their office at the point of service, instead of writing the prescription to the pharmacy. This is helpful because there are commonly gaps in communication between the practice, patient, and pharmacy when the patient must fill the medication at another location. Physician dispensing provides for direct communication and treatment of both the medical and pharmacy components of the patient care process and is now managed under 1 provider team. Instead of the patient driving to the pharmacy after their visit, the practice can now offer them to drive home, with their medications in hand, at the same cost of CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, or any other retail pharmacy.

While the benefits are greatly numbered, there have been many physicians who have signed up with OTHER companies and did not complete their due diligence in analyzing their practice’s Resources, Insurance, and Patient Demographics, before opening their physician dispensing pharmacy. The physician will go through the necessary minimum 2-month process with grand promises, and spending their precious time and money on a plethora of equipment, contracts, licenses, applications, and legal fees, and are greatly disappointed with the results.

We deeply empathize with the practices who must go through the described scenario, which is why our team has done thousands of hours of research and data science to come up with a solution to this issue.

We have formulated a process to prepare a customized report analyzing the last 6-12 Months of the practice’s patient population and the prescribing habits in order to gauge the reality of what your dispensary would look like. This report is formulated by utilizing industry, a combination of your practices data, public data, advanced financial calculations, operations analysis, proprietary software, and a plethora of phone calls and research to find your specific practice’s success plan.

  • Dispensing Issues
  • Once all the legwork is complete, and the physician is excited to offer to dispense to their patients, but they quickly lose their excitement because they are receiving consistent dispensing errors and problems when billing the insurance. Often, the patients they are ready and hoping to dispense to, are not covered under the practices contracted insurance payors. Additionally, they encounter a multitude of errors informing them that the medications they are prescribing are not covered, require a prior – authorization, quantity limitations, step therapy limitations, or another one of the hundred’s of errors that may occur.
  • Disappointed Patients
This greatly increases the time spent on processing the medication’s and leaves the patient’s frustrated due to the time increase of their visit. On top of this, the insurance companies are constantly changing their reimbursements and formulary coverages. What was covered last month, might be no longer covered the following month.
  • Loss of precious time for the staff
The attention of the physician and the staff shifts away from the patients, and towards dealing with the insurance rejections and coverage issues. Ultimately, the number of patients the physician is actually able to offer the services to is much lower than what was originally expected.
  • General Disappointment
After all this time, money, and energy has been invested, the practice is lucky if they break even, or show a minimal financial return. With all that being said, they generally regret that they had opened their dispensary and write it off as an overall loss.
