Research and Development are always at the top of my list and am determined to make sure we are well equipped with the knowledge and resources to comply & adapt to the ever-changing healthcare system. I focus on supporting and building our internal capacity & operations for our staff to manage our clients and then translate those systems to our clients to manage their patients. I take a combination of my prior experience of managing a variety of private medical practices and the frustrations and problems that I faced each day with the operations, patients, and the staff. I take these experiences and reverse engineer the root of the problems, followed by research of potential solutions. I speak with the appropriate parties and find the feasibility of implementation & integrated with our internal process, as well as your process. as well as the new experiences faced with each day, and the forecast and research were done on the current & future developments. I study and implement systems to ensure that these types of things are less likely to occur, and where automation of these processes or safeguards is possible, I will do everything I can to make this thing become a part of our normal process. Some would say obsessed with researching and developing systems utilizing the latest technology and software to create safeguards processes to avoid potential errors and mistakes and maximize performance efficiency. His eyes are always set on finding ways to make every person involved in the care process to have an increased level of free time & energy with all parties in the patient care process.

Dr. Automates Products and Services, where mainly designed from the pain points that I had experienced in prior years working with different private medical practices. experience working on the inside of a Pain Management practice, who had a non-pharmacy dispensing site or a “Physician Dispensing Practice”. His role as the practice manager was to find ways to implement systems, and technology to increase the efficiencies a patient & Staff experience within the office.
